REPORTING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed material after 10 to 14 business days, unless our Designated Agent receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.

Please note that when we forward your Counter-Notice, it will include your personal information. By submitting a Counter-Notice, you consent to having this information disclosed to the original claimant.

Knowingly misrepresenting that content was removed by mistake or misidentification may also result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
